Playground Augmented
During KIKK Festival, Pavillon Playground goes Augmented, transforming into a vibrant place for exploration, creativity and experimentation.
From 22 to 25 October, discover Playground Augmented, an interactive exhibition where art, play and technology come together, alongside a programme of creative workshops, hands-on activities and special activations designed for all ages.
From immersive installations and augmented reality to artificial intelligence, sound experimentation, screen printing and gaming, Le Pavillon invites visitors to get hands-on, unleash their creativity and experience digital culture in new and unexpected ways.
Workshops & Activities
Create, experiment and explore
Throughout the festival, Playground Augmented hosts a programme of creative workshops and participatory experiences for children, families, educators and curious minds of all ages.
Build objects from space debris, discover the hidden life of soils, experiment with electronic circuits, design your own video game and controller, explore screen printing or even start a conversation with the future. Each activity offers a playful and hands-on way to discover the connections between art, science and technology.
From guided workshops requiring registration to drop-in activities running throughout the festival, there are plenty of opportunities to create, learn and experiment together.
All workshops are held in French.
Pavillon Playground
One last chance to play before the break
Designed as a truly interactive playground, Pavillon Playground offers an experience for all generations. Here, visitors are more than spectators: they become active participants, touching, testing, playing and experimenting with artworks that bring together technology, creativity and fun.
The exhibition features works by Belgian and international artists, combining augmented reality, immersive environments, interactive games and playful installations inspired by arcade culture. Each space invites visitors to explore new ways of interacting with images, sounds, movement and digital technologies.
KIKK Festival marks the last opportunity to experience Pavillon Playground before Le Pavillon closes for a technical break. Four final days to explore the exhibition, discover its artworks and share a playful moment with family or friends.
Meurisse x KIKK
Chocolate for a good cause
This year, Meurisse joins KIKK Festival at Le Pavillon with a special chocolate wall celebrating creativity and artistic collaboration.
For the occasion, a collection of Meurisse chocolate bars takes on the colours of KIKK Festival, featuring designs inspired by artists and creative minds from this 15th edition, from Art Trail exhibitors and conference speakers to the festival's artistic direction.
But there's more to these special-edition chocolate bars than meets the eye. Every purchase contributes to an initiative helping students attend KIKK Festival for free, opening the doors of the festival to the next generation of creative minds.
A delicious way to take a piece of KIKK home while supporting the future of creativity.
