Moritz Stefaner

As the one and only "truth and beauty operator," Moritz Stefaner has spent two decades chasing the perfect shape for information — and occasionally catching it. From his studio in northern Germany, he helps clients like the WHO, the German government, OECD, Salesforce, and Deutsche Bahn find insights and beauty in complex data, drawing on a background in cognitive science and interface design.

He has won more Information is Beautiful Awards than is strictly reasonable, exhibited at the Venice Biennale, Ars Electronica, and SIGGRAPH, and co-hosts the Data Stories podcast.
