About the talk
All roads lead to Bubble Bebe
Loulou João started out as a full-time architect and a freshly graduated illustrator who came together to build a 3D animation-based practice. Over the past six years, they've worked on numerous commercial and editorial projects for clients like Apple, Adobe, Adult Swim, MTV, Spotify, Nickelodeon, The New York Times, TIME and The New Yorker. Now they're making their own animated short film titled Bubble Bebe.
In this talk, they'll share how their different paths led to the same place, their strategy for world building, and why cuteness can be a powerful tool to break barriers.
